I accept payment via all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
**Due to COVID, to help cut down on the possible risk of contact, orders will typically ship on Thursdays/Fridays** Orders will ship via USPS. Your order will ship to the address provided upon checkout. Please be certain to enter the correct shipping information. If, after submitting your order, you've found that you've made an error, please contact me ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org to make the necessary corrections.
Any orders returned due to addressing issues, may be re-shipped at the buyer's cost. If you choose to not pay for the reshipment, a refund may be issued for your order, minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping.
Please note that I am not responsible for any lost or damaged products once they are released to USPS. All packages will ship with tracking numbers, which you will receive on the day it ships out and you will be able to track your order.
On rare occasions, a package may show in tracking as having been delivered when it actually hasn't been delivered. (it's happened to me several times) After checking "secret hiding spots" your carrier may have left it at and checking with your neighbors in case there's been a misdelivery, please contact me. I will most likely ask that you give it another day or two just to see if it had been mis-scanned and does get delivered.
I must say, during the madness of the pandemic and the Holiday shipping madness, USPS has remained pretty reliable.
For orders of $50 or more, it is highly recommended that you purchase the shipping insurance and signature confirmation add-on with your order for a flat rate of $3.50. Because, again, I am not responsible for any damage or loss once it's in USPS's hands.
Orders that qualify for Free Standard Shipping will not ship with this option. It will be your responsibility to purchase the add on.
International duties and customs are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want you to be happy with your order, but since these are body care products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If there is an issue of any kind, please email me within 3 days of delivery so that I can try to help resolve the issue.
